Who we are
Hi! My name is Laura. I am a single mom to 2 amazing humans, 11 bearded dragons, 2 uromastyx, 3 blue tongue skinks, 5 cats and 2 dogs. In my free time, I foster for North Texas Reptile Rescue, read, bake and spend time with my animals. My love for reptiles started 5 years ago when my daughter told me she wanted a bearded dragon. She did all the research and saved the money to purchase one from a reputable breeder. After that, I was hooked, I started joining groups and learning everything I could about these little scaly friends. I started rescuing and rehoming after that. Now, I spread awareness through reptile events across DFW.
We are Pumpkin’s Pet Sitters, named after my soul dragon, Pumpkin. She was the most amazing bearded dragon. Her legacy and memory lives on through rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming these amazing creatures.
